We are now looking for our Automation Team an ambitious and talented Automation Manager at the location Amsterdam (NL), Berlin, Hamburg (GE) or Gliwice (PL).

Your job
As an Automation Manager you need to have Exposure to multiple Automation Platforms in the Market. You are responsible for the Implementation & Development of the Automation areas related to Workload Automation, Service Orchestration, Release Automation & Robotic Process Automation.

What will you do?
  • Develop/Support the Automation Strategy of Vattenfall IT
  • Collaborate with internal teams turning their Automation requirements into automated solutions
  • Identify needs across teams, visualize processes and drive standardization
  • Align with Management over the Automation Market Review & Trends
  • Manage/Handle Automation Tool Integration Strategy in order to setup a Collaborated Automation Platform
  • Participation in on-call shifts for high available automated workflows

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly motivated, service and customer oriented candidate with great communication skills fitting to our Automation Team.

Your profile

  • Academic degree or a comparable training with several years of experience
  • Deep Exposure to Service Orchestration & Workload Automation Platforms
  • Knowledge on Integration Modules creation with Heterogeneous Enterprise Platforms
  • Experience on Self Service Portal Development for Enterprise Customers
  • Exposure on Enterprise Level ITSM module
  • Excellent Inter Team coordination skills for Integrated/Collaborated Development
  • Project Management skills with Agile & PMP Methodologies
  • Business-fluent in English (oral and written)

Nice to have experience in:
  • Experience with Automic Automation Platforms (ASO & AWA)
  • Experience with BMC Automation Tools (e.g. BAO)
  • Basic knowledge scripting knowledge on PowerShell, Java, Python, Perl
  • Exposure to Enterprise Monitoring Tools (TrueSight, DynaTrace, HP BAC, etc)
  • Knowledge in Robotic Process Automation, Business Process Automation and Release Automation
