All daily work in Consumer Sales Nordic, both operations and development, is carried out in cross-functional scrum teams. It is in these teams that we deliver a great customer experience in all of our customer journeys and progress on our business targets. Ensuring we are in the forefront in each competence area all employees belong to a chapter i.e. center of excellence. Chapters are groups of functional competences that share best practices and develop their expertise. There are different Chapters for different competences and skills.
Vattenfall is now looking for two members to our Builders’ Chapter
In this position you will belong to the Chapter Builders (Process and system experts). Here we have gathered all our competence regarding our internal systems & tools, processes and ways of working. In the Builders’ chapter, the direction is to increase our ability to identify and explore trends and emerging technologies supporting sales and marketing and see how that can be turned into an advantage for our business.
We also aim to increase our competence within the digital landscape, advance in the role as agile ambassadors, improve facilitation skills and ability to drive change.
We are looking for one person in Sweden and one in Finland to join or scrum team Sales Operations Support. This is a support team that has the main goal to provide the organization with the most suitable and up-to-date capability landscape, including both processes, technology and people/competence.
You will be expected to enforce the team with knowledge and capacity regarding the digital landscape, IT systems and internal processes, as well as Market regulation and how we are affected by regulatory changes. The right candidate should be able to both identify and plan for needed improvements and adaptations, as well as getting operational in actual activities and initiatives to carry out the changes. The candidate should also have a good understanding of business impact and ability to see business opportunities in any situation.
You will also be involved in structuring the processes of implementing the new EU regulation regarding Data Protection, GDPR.
We are looking for persons that understand the need from our costumer programs and can contribute in building our core capabilities based on this. You should also have deep understanding of the business direction and ability to foresee how operations needs to be continuously developed in the dimensions of people, process and technology.
Your skills and experiences include
• Operational experience from a utility market
• Interest and experience in marketing and sales technologies and development work
• Knowledge about Mass-market processes in different ERP systems
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into requirements in processes, IS/IT and other tools.
• Skills and ability to organize, facilitate, prioritize and plan efficiently.
• Agile way of working, i.e. SCRUM methods
Our ideal candidate has an academic degree and/or documented experience from sales channel development in the electricity market and is able to communicate fluently in Swedish. As Vattenfall is an international company you are also able to communicate in English.
