Vattenfall’s Business Area Wind, is now recruiting a Process Implementation Manager to promote and drive harmonization and implementation of our core processes.
The Processes Management team within Wind Generation is responsible for harmonization, implementation, and continuous improvement of our core processes, to enable high quality and cost efficient wind operations throughout the operational fleet.
Your tasks & responsibilities as Process Implementation Manager

- Intensively interact with the end users of our processes;
- Support our operational sites to implement and apply our common processes in the best way;
- Follow-up and track process usage and compliance throughout the organization;
- Be responsive to the needs of the end users and find suitable solutions that can be rolled out across the operational portfolio and benefit all;
- Promote and professionalize the process community and a process-based common way of working;
- Promote and ‘sell’ our harmonized processes to the Stakeholders and represent ‘the Vattenfall way’ while discussing comments and suggestions.
We are looking for persons who are driven by creating the perfect conditions for others to succeed. You are expected to be a practical and hands-on to support to the stakeholders and herewith promote the process compliance throughout the operational fleet.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, able to address technicians in the field as well as managers.
The candidate is at ease in an operational environment and is inspirational while promoting improved and harmonized processes. He / she can combine his/her own practical experience with theory and models from an industrial/process driven environment. Knowledge about LEAN/SIX-Sigma is an advantage, not a condition. SAP is the back bone system supporting our core processes, hence SAP experience is considered an advantage.Location
The location of the position is any of the main offices in the 5 countries Vattenfall works in. The job will require traveling both to meet the team and to visit the operational sites.Our offer
