Requirement Engineer for SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
 
The Position is located in either Amsterdam/NL, Berlin/GER or Stockholm (Solna)/SWE.

Your Job as a Requirement Engineer for SAP Enterprise Asset Management
As Requirement Engineer you are responsible for the definition and management of the business goals and scope of change initiatives. The requirement engineer specifies the real business requirements to a level that enables effective delivery of agreed changes. You create functional specifications and acceptance criteria in preparation for the setup of SAP based Applications for EAM. As Requirement engineer you serve as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. Leads minor projects or sub projects in his/her area of competence.

Your key activities will be:

  • Elicit and discover requirements
  • Specify and document requirements, securing traceability to the source
  • Analyze requirements for adherence to business objectives and consistency and challenge them as appropriate, main focus plant maintenance
  • Prioritize requirements with stakeholders
  • Manage changes to base lined requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools
  • Identify the impact on business requirements on (interim) solutions
  • Establish and implement effective requirements practices (policies, standards, modelling and templates), including use and continuous improvement of a requirements process
  • Propose functional design based on agreed requirements
  • Customizing in SAP Classic systems
  • Works closely with the business unit in project teams.
 
Your Profile as a Requirement Engineer SAP Enterprise Asset Management

  • Certification of Competency in Business Analysis CCBA® (or alike)
  • University (Bachelor or Master) degree or comparable level of thinking
  • Knowledge in the area of SAP ERP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems / SAP MM Solutions
  • Knowledge in logistic processes (SAP-MM-LOG, SAP MM-PUR, SAP-QM)
  • Experience in reflecting cross functional processes to design chains of processes especially in connection to planned repair tasks or preventive maintenance with SAP EAM
  • Knowledge about the interaction between connected SAP Modules
  • Experience in supporting complex projects having multiple stakeholders
  • Create functional specifications and acceptance criteria in preparation for the design of SAP MM
  • Systems / functionalities.
  • Served as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. Leads minor projects or sub projects in area of competence.
  • University (Bachelor or Master) degree or comparable level of thinking
  • Experience in supporting complex projects having multiple stakeholders
  • General business experience
  • Ability to cooperate with team members and customers and communicate effectively
  • Works independently and with own initiative
  • Ability to organize and solve problems
  • Fluency in English (and German for German locations), both spoken and written
