Your responsibilities as Project Manager Transformation
The IT Architecture department is an international team located in Sweden, Germany, Netherlands and Poland. Its senior IT Architects that enable the BU/BA’s of Vattenfall to realize their business portfolio’s. We are involved in designing new solutions for Vattenfall BU/BA’s, delivering solution architecture for strategic business projects, or doing cutting-edge technology projects, technology roadmaps. Or we take part in due diligence on IT landscapes due to merger and acquisitions.

Key responsibilities:
• Coordinating activities in a key transformation project
• Depending on ambition and time – we could also ask you to drive certain topics yourself and act as project
• Manager in international environment (e.g. to steer an internal project into delivery)
 
Your profile as Project Manager Transformation
We are looking for recent graduates holding an academic degree as well as young talents with no more than 3 years of working experience. You are fluent both in English and in Swedish. Skills in other world languages can be a merit. Furthermore, you are willing to relocate for possible assignments throughout the organization. Of course you identify yourself with our principles: active, open, positive and safe.
As a person you are a brilliant networker, you know how to involve and align with people around you in order to drive forward. You are a critical thinker, fast learner, always with one ear on the ground to catch up new IT developments. We are looking for a person with excellence performing mindset. You are a driver of new digitalization.
 
As a Project Manager Transformation you recognize yourself in the following qualifications:
Education
• Master or Bachelor in IT Technology

Work experience 0-3 years:

• Enterprise experience, Data and Analytics or/and Consultancy background/mindset

Specific skills:
We are looking for an ambitious person ready to take the next step in your career. Ideally you have up to 3 years of experience in the big data projects and have a genuine interest in IT architecture and delivery.
You like to challenge yourself, by learning and growing on the job – by joining an large scale Transformation program and by teaming up with the existing architects. Our ambition is that within two years you act as IT Architect in this area. You combine technical know-how in this with a drive to ensure our organization will execute an ambitious program to build an IT data lake, that can execute advanced analytics and machine learning for a set of asset heavy customers like Distribution, Heat, Hydro etc. And this IT environment will also allow for cooperation and collaboration with the shared IT functions.
